Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Please note that all bookings require a 50% deposit. A 20% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and a further 30% will be taken two weeks before your booked appointment.
We require at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. You can cancel by calling 01702 337272 or emailing [email protected]. Please do not cancel using our social media channels.
- Should you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice you will not receive a refund and this deposit can not be transferred to a future appointment.
- Should you need to reschedule with more than 48 hours' notice, please call the salon to do this and your deposit will be transferred to your future appointment.
- Should you need to cancel (and do not wish to re-book) with more than 48 hours' notice, you will receive a refund less a 3% administration charge.
- Should you give less than 48 hours' notice for cancellation, you will need to pay in full for the missed services in addition to the services that you wish to book in order to secure your future appointment.
Where a deposit has been taken for a consultation this will be deducted from your bill when the service is carried out. Should you not wish to have the services, the deposit becomes the fee for the advice given at the consultation and is non refundable.
Hair extensions and select technical services have a bespoke deposit system, please speak with your stylist and reach our Hair Extensions policy below.
Hair Extensions
Please book in for a consultation if you are interested in using our hair extensions service. Extensions consultations costs £30 and this sum will be deducted from your bill once your extensions have been fitted.
Once you decide to go ahead, we will order your new hair. The cost of this hair is therefore non-refundable. We will also require one week's notice if you have to cancel your extensions appointment. Failure to provide enough notice will result in you losing your deposit which is 50% off the service cost.
Hair Colour
All clients must visit the salon for a quick Allergy Alert Test every six months to allow us to test for sensitivities to the products we use. You must pop in for this quick skin test 48 hours before your colour appointment. We cannot go ahead with your colour appointment without an up-to-date skin test result.
Please note: The pigmented chemicals that we work with can and will stain clothes should they make contact. Whilst we take every precaution to ensure that your clothes are protected we cannot guarantee that this will not happen and do not accept responsibility for staining or damage to clothes. We
recommend that you wear appropriate clothing for the appointment to avoid disappointment should this occur.
Children's Hair Appointments
Children's hair appointments are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with one of our Level 1 Stylists. This applies for children aged up to 16.
Offers & Discounts
All of our services are available to buy as a package. If you opt for this 6 for the price of 5 option, you must pay for the package upfront to enjoy the saving. Please view our Offers page to find out more about our latest offers.
