PRE CARE We advise you to have a maximum of 3-4 weeks of hair growth when you come
to the Salon for a waxing treatment, especially if you are visiting for the first time. We
recommend you trim the hair if it is long to a half the size, leaving enough for the wax to
adhere and get a hold of the hair, particularly the bikini and underarm areas. Please do not
apply moisturisers on the areas to be waxed on the day as it hinders the process. Exfoliate
regularly, especially the day before waxing. Have a hot shower before your treatment as it
will open the pores and help to reduce discomfort.
YOU SHOULD NOT WAX IF: • You are using Retin-A or Ro-Accutanne or have done so
in the past 6 months • You are hypersensitive • You have been exposed to UV/Heat 24hrs
prior to treatment.
AFTER CARE Avoid the following for 24 hours: hot baths/showers, sunbeds, tight clothing,
swimming, excessive sweating, exercise, friction, direct contact, perfumed lotions,
moisturisers, fake tan, make up, heat treatments (48 hrs).
