We are reopening

We hope you, your family and friends are safe and well.

We are pleased to let you know that we will be open for business again on 4th July.

PLEASE BRING AND WEAR YOUR FACE COVERING,THIS WILL BE UNTIL WE KNOW THAT THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT WORK’S AND MY WOO TEAM FEEL SAFE .

For the time being we will be adding a service charge of £5.00 to every bill. 

The honest reasons:

For the safety of everyone the salon can only run at half capacity which means that staff have to be on different shifts over more days and longer hours this will be a large increase to wage bills and general running costs. 

Extra costs for PPE, cleaning, sanitising and laundry and products.

Every gown and towel will be freshly washed (as always) however we will be washing at a higher recommended temperature. 

PLEASE COME TO THE SALON FOR A SKIN TEST IF YOU ARE HAVING A COLOUR SERVICE. DO NOT ENTER THE SALON, A RESERVATIONIST WILL ASSIST YOU AS SOON AS THEY CAN.

PLEASE CARRY OUT YOUR HOME SKIN TEST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SERVICE.

Making an appointment:

All appointment are subject to change depending on social distancing and stylist requirements.

CANCELATIONS MUST BE 48 HOURS NOTICE OTHERWISE A CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED

To help with social distancing, please phone if you want to make an appointment do not come into our salon. Only Guests with an appointment will be permitted into the salon at their allocated time.

We are putting all of our trust into you: Please do not enter the salon if you have any covid 19 symptons or if you have been in contact with anyone within a two week period.

  1. Please wait outside the salon to be invited in by our reservationist. Before entering please use the hand sanitiser next to the door. Our team will greet you without close contact (no handshakes, hugs etc.)
  2. We will have a social distance area outside the shop including a coat rail if you need to bring a coat, we will not take responsibility for the safety of your belongings. If you need to bring personal belongings please keep to a minimum. You  can bring a bag to put your coat into and that can be placed on the floor next to your chair.
  3. On arrival, you will be asked to wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitiser. We will provide these facilities.
  4. Our team is following strict hygiene guidelines and we ask you to do the same Sanitise or wash your hands after coughing or sneezing. 
  5. There will be no magazines or newspapers to share between clients. Please feel free to bring your own.
  6. At this time we will not be offering hot drinks, we can provide filtered tap water in a disposable cup, ice and lemon will not be provided. Bottled drinks can still be purchased.
  7. Team members will be sanitising all stations, equipment, door handles and bathrooms regularly. 
  8. We will not be using neck brushes or cutting collars. Our normal layering of gowns and towels for colour services will be kept minimum please do not wear high collars or your favourite clothing just incase of colour seepage.
  9. Hot towels and scalp massage in the Wash area will be suspended.
  10. As per government guide lines team members will be wearing visors. We request that you wear a face covering. This will be subject to change.Team members will be washing/using sanitiser on their hands thoroughly between clients and appointments.
  11. We ask you not to touch any of our retail products unless you are definitely purchasing the item. 
  12. Please pay with a card (preferably contactless) where possible instead of cash. If you wish to leave gratuity the reservationist will open the draw please do not touch the draws.
